Clubs
Creating a New Club
From the main screen, tap "Create Club." Enter a unique club name, create a passcode to share with members, and set your initial member capacity. You'll be the Super Admin.
Joining an Existing Club
Use the search icon on the main screen. Type the club name, select it, and enter the passcode when prompted.
Adding an Admin
Go to Admin tab → scroll to Members → tap "Expand" → tap any member to grant admin privileges. Admins can add players, edit scores, and run teams.
Adding Members (Admin Only)
App Users: Share your club passcode or send an email invite from Admin tab.
Non-Users: Admin tab → Add Player → enter name, email (for future syncing), and handicap.
Increasing Member Capacity (Admin Only)
Admin tab → find current capacity → tap "Upgrade." Add 10 members ($1.99) or 50 members ($4.99).
Players
Viewing Player Profiles
Members tab → search by name or browse alphabetically → tap "View" to see rounds, average score, birdies per round, and current weighting.
Club Leaderboard
Leaders tab shows top players sorted by weighting, average score, or birdies per round.
Editing a Score
Find the player's profile → tap the pencil icon next to the incorrect score → update and save.
Adding a Score
Player profile → tap the "+" button → enter score and birdies → save. Useful for backfilling data or adding scores from different tees.
Running Games
Adding Players to a Game
Run Teams tab → tap player names to select them (or use search). Selected players move to top and are highlighted. Number of selected players shown at top.
Generating Teams
With players selected, tap "Run Teams." The algorithm balances teams based on weightings. Each team shows total weighting and individual player weights.
Changing Number of Teams
After running teams, use the team count at top to increase/decrease. Tap "Re-Run" to rebalance. Increase teams if your course doesn't allow 5-somes.
Moving a Player
Tap the move icon next to any player → select destination team. To swap players, move each one individually. Pro tip: swap with someone of similar weighting to maintain balance.
Ordering Teams
Optionally reorder teams to match tee time order. Makes it easy for everyone to know when they're playing.
Creating the Match
Scroll down and tap "Create Match." Enter a description and date/time. This posts teams for all members and stores the game for score entry.
Entering Scores
Games tab → select the match → tap "Enter Score" next to each player → enter gross score and birdies → save.
Viewing Round Leaders
After scores are entered, view the match leaderboard showing individual round weightings.
